Every Baby's Own item is backed by our long tradition of quality and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days for a merchandise exchange or a refund based on the original method of payment. Please return merchandise in the original packaging and return all other items with the original tags and tickets attached. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable. A credit should appear on your account.

Returns at a Baby's Own Retail Store

You can make your return at any Baby's Own retail store or outlet store. Please print and bring your order confirmation e-mail with you to the store to make sure you are reimbursed the original price of the product. Our store locator can help you find the location of the store closest to you.

Returns Without A Packing Slip

To ensure appropriate credit, please return by mail. Please include a copy of your confirmation e-mail or a note with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for Return

If you purchased the item at a Baby's Own store or department store you must return the item to the store.

Quality Issues

If a product you purchased on babysown.ca has a material or manufacturing flaw, please email Customer Service at custserv@babysown.ca to arrange a return pick up.

Gift Returns

If you wish to return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment, i.e., the credit card used to purchase it. When returning a gift, please provide the order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.

If you return a gift that was purchased through the use of a gift certificate, your gift certificate will be restored to its original value, to be used at any time on babysown.ca.
